PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All orders are accepted subject to our terms and conditions set out below.

These terms and conditions will apply when you order goods or services from ourselves via our website and by means of any distance communication. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, distance communication includes the following:

Telephone; the internet; electronic mail or written correspondence.

Before proceeding to order our goods and services, we ask that you read these terms and conditions carefully.

If you find that you are unable to agree to these terms and conditions, then you must not order our goods and services. If, however, you agree to them unconditionally, you may place an order to which these terms and conditions will apply.

Prices on this website are per item and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, at 20%. Prices are subject to changes in VAT. Prices are applicable to deliveries made to the UK Mainland only. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Offshore Islands and Overseas will be subject to special quotations.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for failure to meet agreed obligations due to prevailing circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Delivery Policy

A charge of £5.95 inclusive of VAT will be levied for each consignment. where specific instructions are given to leave your delivery t at an address other than the purchaser, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of carrying out those instructions.

No deliveries are made on a Saturday or Sunday.

Claims Policy

Customers are requested to carefully check all goods at the time of delivery. The delivery or carriers note should be signed noting any shortages or breakage. We regret we cannot entertain claims not recorded in this way. In any case claims must be made to customer services within three days of delivery by telephoning 07771561191. We shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage in any respect. 

Cancellation/Returns Policy

Customers have a right under the distance selling regulations to a cooling off period of 7 working days during which you have the right to cancel and get a full refund . Should you wish to cancel, please provide notice of cancellation in writing, which this must be posted, left at, or emailed to our business address no later than 7 working days after receipt of goods.. Please note that in the event of a cancelled order, a charge of £5.95 will be levied to cover the cost of collecting the goods. Items returned must be in their original unopened state. Once goods have been received at our business address a refund of the remaining balance will be processed. We are obliged to refund you within 30 days.

Information is held for the purpose of maintaining customer records and we undertake to discharge our duties under current legislation.
